My deepest passion is travel. I have worked in the industry for almost a decade. My day job is promoting RV travel for RVshare - an RV rental website. A huge perk of my job is that I get to live and breathe travel!

I can pinpoint exactly when the travel bug bit me. I was eight and visiting my grandparents at their home in Rotan, Honduras. I can remember very clearly a day that we went on a wooden boat called “water taxis” which were more like a rickety canoe. They paddled us down these channels to a restaurant called “a hole in the wall”. We sat in the open-aired restaurant overlooking the water. We interacted with the family who owned the restaurant, and I played with the kids from a nearby village. I remember the feeling, it was freeing and exhilarating to experience something unlike before.

I had the same soul-warming sensation when I road on the back of a motorbike in Hanoi, Vietnam; ate a chocolate eclair in picturesque Paris; rolled hand-made pasta with an Italian chef in Tuscany; rang in the New Year at the gates of Chang Mai, and saw the Chihuahuan Desert come alive after a rainstorm.

You’ll enjoy my travel guides if you are looking for an authentic experience and a little adventure. Of course, I like a 5-star hotel with high-count linens and an ocean view. But I also like an Airbnb rental outside of town, a glamping site near a National Park, and an RV adventure in an off-roading van or a back-packing experience across Asia or Europe.
